We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to maximise revenue across the restaurant, bar, and event areas of Elemente, our new South American restaurant in the Westfield Shopping Centre, Hamburg. You will build strategic partnerships, drive event sales, lead the sales team, and develop tailored offers for corporate and private clients. Experience in sales management, client acquisition, and performance optimisation is essential.
