Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to maximise revenue across the restaurant, bar, and event areas of Elemente, our new South American restaurant in the Westfield Shopping Centre, Hamburg. You will build strategic partnerships, drive event sales, lead the sales team, and develop tailored offers for corporate and private clients. Experience in sales management, client acquisition, and performance optimisation is essential.
Head of Bars
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Bars to manage and oversee bar operations at the Elemente Restaurant and the new Air Bar, which is set to open later this year. This is a senior role with full responsibility for concept implementation, team management, financial performance and the guest experience across both venues. It is a unique opportunity to shape two distinct bar concepts – whilst delivering exceptional hospitality of the highest standard in Hamburg.
